Conceiving a Boy the Modern Way

There is obviously no way of absolutely guaranteeing the gender of one’s unborn child, even with medical and scientific intervention.  You can employ some different methods of conceiving a boy which we’re going to briefly outline here but remember to get your doctor’s ultrasound results before you buy gallons of blue paint or give up on picking out a girl’s name as well.

What are some of the modern ways of conceiving a boy that might be tried?  {Keep in mind that it’s believed that the sperm containing the Y chromosome which will make a boy is supposed to move faster but last for less time than the X chromosome or “girl sperm.”}  {So getting the Y chromosome sperm to the egg so it can be fertilized with it first is imperative.}  It desperately needs this chance, as it doesn’t last very long.  You may also consider deeper penetration during sexual activity, as it has also been found to help in this regard.  {Keeping your body still after intercourse is also one of these so-called methods of conceiving a boy so that the sperm can last longer in the body.}  Moving around especially excessively is believed to create an atmosphere or environment that makes it harder for the sperm to survive so those short-lived “boy sperm” may be damaged.  Many women recommend laying still with their legs up resting against a wall after intercourse.

Sodium and potassium are associated with keeping boy sperm alive longer than they would normally, so try to eat salty food and red meat.

Ultimately, there is always a 50 percent chance when it comes to conceiving a child of either gender no matter what methods you use, and some people put too much faith in them.  These techniques for conceiving a boy might help stack the deck in your favor or might help extend the life of Y chromosome sperms or deposit it nearer to the egg yet it still does not assure anything.  Be prepared for anything and of course be appreciative of any child you have; remember that there are many childless couples in the world that would be happy with a baby of either gender.
